When can I expect my order?
We understand very well that you cannot wait until you receive the portrait!
Because we deliver the highest quality, we first ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. This is also why we only print your design after approval.
If you request adjustment(s), it may take a little longer to edit your portrait. After you agree to print, your portrait will be printed within 24 hours. After this your order will be shipped.
We have different shipments to choose from based on the availability of the carriers. For example, you can choose between free delivery, standard delivery and express delivery.
With free delivery, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. A standard delivery usually has a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. With express delivery, your order will be delivered within one working day 9 out of 10 times.
Please note:Actual delivery times may differ from the delivery times described on our website. It is also possible that other information may differ. We are dependent on the courier services we work with and it is not possible to rely on them in any way.
