Almost always. A sharp phone photo in daylight, taken at eye level, is perfect. Not sure? Upload it anyway. If it really won't work, our artist tells you before anything is made.
By a person. Every portrait is made by one of our digital artists, who notices the little things that make your pet unique: a spot, a crooked ear, that look. That's also why we can take your requests into account.
Order by 28 November to get it in time for Christmas. You'll get a preview within 24 hours, and once you approve we deliver in 3 to 5 working days, or 2 to 3 with express. Cutting it close? The digital gift card lands in their inbox instantly.
Yes. Choose “I'll upload my photo later” when you order. We'll email you afterwards so you can find a photo in your own time. A photo from Instagram or Facebook usually works fine.
Absolutely, up to three in the Watercolour style. Each extra pet is €10. Separate photos are fine: our artist brings them together in one portrait.
40 x 60 cm is the most popular and looks lovely above a sofa or sideboard. 20 x 30 cm suits a desk, shelf or windowsill. For a real statement piece, go for 50 x 70 cm. On the product page you can see each size on a wall.
