What if it doesn't look like my pet?

Then we change it, as often as needed and at no extra cost. You always see the preview first, and we only print once you approve it.

When will it arrive?

You get the preview within 24 hours. Approve it right away and we deliver in 3 to 5 working days, or 2 to 3 with express. With “Skip the queue” your portrait moves to the front of the line.

I want it to be a surprise. How do I send the photo?

Switch on “I'll upload my photo later” in step 2. We'll email you after you order. A photo from Instagram or Facebook usually works fine.

Can I have several pets in one portrait?

Yes, up to three in this style, for €10 per extra pet. Separate photos are fine, our artist brings them together. More than three? Add extra pets in the Extras step.

Which size should I choose?

40 x 60 cm is the most popular and looks great above a sofa or sideboard. 20 x 30 cm is lovely on a desk or as a small gift. For a real statement, go for 50 x 70 cm.

Is it really made by a person?

Yes. Every portrait is made by one of our digital artists, not by an AI generator. The previews on this page only show size and layout.

Can I order a memorial portrait?

Of course. Switch on “This is a memorial portrait” in step 3 and add their dates if you like. Take all the time you need, and send several photos if you have them.

How do I pay?

Securely with iDEAL or credit card, or later with Klarna.
